Taught by Ms. Ristow, a homeschooling mom and certified preschool teacher, with a degree in Special Education these classes are based on fitness through dance movement, both balletic and creative, but also include academic studies of anatomy, nutrition, art, and music, as they relate to good health through dance. Available by the semester, class includes certificate of completion and closing demonstration for families.
