Injury Prevention and Rehab Sessions

Ballet U Master Teacher, Charmaine Ristow, has extensive experience and success in reworking technical errors from the skeletal structure through a thorough understanding and application of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. Eschewing the old school method of forcing turnout, extensions, etc. through improperly anatomically generated contortionism, students learn HOW to safely and progressively build a lifelong dependable technique to help avoid injury - which is NOT an accepted part of dancing classical ballet.

Dancers recovering from injuries will learn, address and repair the cause, rebuilding their technical skills to avoid repeats. A minimum of four private sessions are required and students from ALL studios are welcome.
